Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who fulfill any two of the symptoms(Presence of pain in Sphik (hip region) which radiates towards Kati(back), pruastha (upper back), Uru(thigh), Janu(knee), Jangha(calf), and Pada(foot).Presence of Stambha (stiffness), Spandana (twiching) in the leg.) as well as positive S.L.R. test or Slump test. 2) Patients of age between 18 – 60 years and of both the gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from a pathological condition like a bone tumor, spine tuberculosis. T.B. Spine, Tumors of Spinal Cord, Malignancy of Pelvis, Cauda-equina Syndrome. 2)Patients who have taken medicine of corticosteroid drugs or immune suppressant within the last 6 months. 3)Patients with diabetes mellitus and other chronic disorders which may affect the outcome of the study. 4)Pregnant/ lactating woman.
