Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 to 25 years 2. Subjects no experience of core exercises 3. Male and female cricket players 4. Non elite players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Neuromuscular condition any spinal injuries, musculoskeletal Disorders 2.History of medical condition such as respiratory and neurological disorder 3. Professional players/ Elite players 4. People undergoing core muscle exercises
