Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adults of either gender ( > 18 years of age) diagnosed with primary ischemic/haemorrhagic supratentorial stroke. -Stroke duration less than 2 weeks. -Stroke severity using NIHSS score 15-20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients presenting with more than one diagnosed primary neurological condition. -Stroke patients with altered sensorium. -Severe cognitive problems (MoCa score -Participant functionally dependent due other pre-existing illness
