Health Condition 1: T14-T14- Injury of unspecified body region

Interventions

Intervention1: Combination therapy: Negative pressure between -80 mm of Hg to -200 mm of Hg. Topical oxygen is given in the range of 5 - 30ml/Hr Dressing changed on every fourth day i,e., Day1, 5, 9 C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Large traumatic wounds requiring NPWT (decided by a clinician)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females Patients with comorbidities like Hypertension, Diabetes, CKD, CLD, immunocompromised, etc. Patients with coagulopathy, heparin therapy Patients in whom NPWT cannot be applied due to site issues
