Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the American Society of Anesthesiologists Class Iâ??III scheduled for elective urinary bladder tumor resection under subarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with coagulopathy, infection, scar, or surgery at lumber spine and pubic region known hypersensitivity to the local anesthetic agent were excluded from the study
