Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obesity-related hypertensive individuals with impaired cardiac autonomic control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with secondary hypertension Participants with a body mass index (BMI) >40 kg/m2 i.e. morbidly obese. Participants with any major co-existing cardiac disease Uncontrolled hypertension (SBP/DBP >180/110 mm Hg) Muscular or joint conditions limiting participation in the exercise training. Previous participation in structured aerobic or resistance exercise (during the last 6 months). Current smokers Participant with diabetes mellitus and thyroid dysfunction will be excluded Inability to follow directions and recognize symptoms. Participants with contraindications to perform high intensity interval training as per ACSM and AHA statement
