Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New and pre-diagnosed cases of Allergic Rhinitis of all age groups and both sexes. Patient suffering from the complaint of Allergic Rhinitis on the basis of Score of Allergic Rhinitis (SFAR). Medicinal criteria : HEAD: Dull pain in the temporal and frontal region, cold application bandage. EYE: Burning of eye lying down, after sleep, cold application.Watery discharge from the right eye. Redness of eye during fever redness of the left eye, redness of the right eye, Ear: Itching in the right ear. pain in the left ear, radiating from the throat, on swallowing. Pain during sleep. NOSE: Blockage of both the nostrils at night, daytime, warmth; followed by watery nasal discharge.Blockage of the left nostril. Sneezing: Sneezing with irritation in both the nostrils after exposure to cold and after bathing. Coryza: fluent, thin, acrid watery, bland profuse discharge with sneezing, after getting wet THROAT: Burning sensation in throat hot tea. Dryness of throat >cold water sipping. the sensation of heat in the throat, spreading over the whole body, >cold drinks. Irritation in the throat. pain in the throat with sensation as if a lump of mucus is lodged in the throat which is difficult to raise, expectoration scanty, white mucoid, stringy, salty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who is suffering from other Autoimmune Disorders along with Allergic Rhinitis. Patients with moderate to severe Asthma, Non – Allergic rhinitis, Rhinitis secondary to anatomical abnormalities or complications. Pregnant females and lactating mothers will be excluded.

Expected outcome can be that the mother tincture of homoeopathic medicine Cassia Sophera will give considerable benefit to the patient suffering from Allergic Rhinitis on the basis of Score of Allergic Rhinitis. This study will open the doors of treating the cases of Allergic Rhinitis. This will enrich the Homoeopathic literature. Timepoint: Score Of Allergic Rhinitis will be applied at the interval of 15 days till 3 month of followup.
