Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age from 50 and above both male and female vas /nprs scale score greater than 5 grade of osteoarthritis -grade 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of rheumatoid arthritis recent fracture and any soft injury in past 6 month excluding till grade 2 unable to walk independently
