Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.subjects which are willing to participate in the study. 2.subjects of age group between 20-50 years irrespective of the gender. 3.subjects whose BMI lies in 25-40. 4.subjects having clinical features of Sthaulya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subjects which are not willing for participation in the study. 2.subjects of age less than 20 years and more than 50 years. 3.subjects which are suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, uncontrolled Hypertension, coronary Heart disease, chronic Kidney disease. 4.pregnant and lactating mothers. 5.subjects who are unfit for Basti karma as mentioned in the texts.
