Intervention1: myofascial release and passive stretching: 1 session per day for 3 alternate days Treatment will be in the sequence as follows:- 1. Hydrocollator pack for 5-10 minutes 2. Pass

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hamstring tightness ( with hip and knee flexed at 90 degree(8) , knee extension up to 25-40 degree).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deformities in lower limb Chronic ankle instability Recent history of fracture ,surgery and injury in lower limb
