Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic individuals of all genders, age group between 11 to 15 years, participants who are willing to participant in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant having any diagnosed pathology, joint dysfunction in past 3 months, congenital hip and spinal abnormalities, history of abdominal, hip or lumbar surgeries in past 3 months, recent fractures of lower extremity and spine in last 6 months, ligament and muscle injury in hip and knee

MeasureTime frame
1.Time up and go test Timepoint: pre and post assessment will be taken. Pre assessment will be taken on day 1 and post asessemnt will be taken after 3 weeks

Secondary

1.Measurment of abdominal strength 2.Modified schobers test 3.Modified Thomas Test 4.Measurment of gluteus mmuscle strengthTimepoint: pre and post assessment will be taken. Pre assessment will be taken on day 1 and post asessemnt will be taken after 3 weeks
