Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group A 1. Apparently Healthy Subjects from age group 21 to 55 yrs. 2. Subjects from both Genders. 3. Subjects having more than 75% of Raktasara Lakshanas as per questionnaire. 4. Subjects who willing to give consent for this study work Group B 1. Patients from age group 21 to 55 yrs. 2. Patients from both Genders. 3. Patients whose sarata score less than 80(Avara sara). 4. Patients with hemoglobin level between 8 to11 g/dl 5. Mean corpuscular volume (MCV)- below 76 fl 6. Recently diagnosed/Diagnosed nutritional anemia patients. 7. Patients who willing to give consent for this study work
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Group A Pregnant and lactating women. 2) Subjects having any acute or chronic diseased condition. 3) Subjects having any history of Hematologic disorders. 4) Subjects previous history of anemia and taking medicine for the same. 5) Subjects not willing to give written consent Group B 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Patients having any acute or chronic diseased condition. 3. Rakta-KÈ?aya due to the bleeding disorders. 4. Hematologic disorders. 5. Aplastic anaemia, Pernicious anaemia. Haemolytic anaemia and other haemoglobinopathies. 6. Patient with malabsorption syndrome like ulcerative colitis. Irritable bowel syndrome and crohnâ??s disease etc. 7. Patients with worm infestation (Specially hookworm). 8. Patients with upper GI disorders. 9. Wlio doesnâ??t wish to give wâ??ritten consent for this study work.
