Inclusion criteria: Acute and subacute pain (less than 6 weeks) ODI score of 20% - 60% disability Latissimus dorsi tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spondylolisthesis Vertebral fracture Spine infection Shoulder pathology
