Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing septoplasty Symptoms persisting for over 12wks No response to the clinical treatment with topical steroid/ anti-histaminic associated with nasal decongestant. Nasal trauma causing septal deviation (chronic)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Sinonasal tumour Patient not fit for surgery Septoplasty done with rhinoplasty or as an entry point to other sites Septal perforation Craniofacial congenital anomalies Acute Nasal trauma/fracture Adenoid hypertrophy Patients not willing for surgery Asthma without clinical Pregnancy
