Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status Iâ??IV (diabetes,hypertension, hepatorenal disease, ischemic heart disease), aged 20â??80 years scheduled for below knee surgeries will be enrolled in this prospective study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to local anaesthetics, on opioids and other analgesics for chronic pain A refusal for peripheral nerve block Neurological deficits
