Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-45 years Primi undergoing cesarean section ASA II Emergency and Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Partureints refusal Pregnancy induced hypertension, Eclampsia Any contraindication to SAB K/C/O Migraine or any other headache. Parturients is on any analgesic medication. Partureints is unable to communicate Poor Renal, Hepatic, Cardiac function Obese patients (BMI >35) More then 1 attempt taken for SAB
