Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with other malignancies except ALL 2. Refusal to consent. 3. Symptoms of diarrhea, fever, documented microbial infection at presentation. 4. Hemodynamically unstable patients. 5.Allergic to milk and milk products

Reduce febrile neutropenia,blood stream infections,diarrhoeaTimepoint: 10 grams of a stool sample will be collected on baseline, day 1, day 7, day 35 and day 60

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Gut microbiome diversity in acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients and nutritional status of the patients during chemotherapy. Timepoint: 10 grams of a stool sample will be collected on baseline, day 1, day 7, day 35 and day 60
