Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Young women presenting with associated symptoms of menstruation 2) Menstruating young women willing to participate and giving informed consent 3) Age group14-20 years 4) Unmarried female 5) Females having regular menstruation (28±3days) & bleeding period 3 to 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Menstruating young women not willing to participate and giving informed consent 2) Age less than 14yrs or more than 20yrs 3) Married female 4) Female taking any kind of medicinal/hormonal treatment for menstrual cycle disorders 5) Females having history of any chronic diseases. 6) Females having known history of stress/ anxiety disorder / depression 7) Any other criteria other than inclusion criteria

Mudga Yusha and Yava Payas as supplementary diet will be helpful in reducing associated symptoms of menstruation and improving healthy cycle of menstruation in young women.Timepoint: 6 months study (0, 4th day of consecutive 6 menstrual cycles)
