Inclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS OF BOTH GENDER AND WILLING TO CONSENT 2.PATIENTS WHO HAVE CHRONICITY LESS THAN 5 YEARS 3. PATIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLICATION OF AMLAPITHA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of systemic illness like Diabetic Mellitus and Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Cardiac Pathology, Immunodeficiency disorders like AIDS. 2.Patients with history of Parinamashula, Annadravashula, Krimiroga,Arbudha etc. 3. Patients with history of hematemesis melena and anemia

The Effect Of Chinnodbhavadi Arka will be assessed on the basis of gradation for the subjective parameters like Avipaka,Klama,Utklesha,Tikta-amlodgara, Hritkanda Daha and AruchiTimepoint: Assessment will be on first day,15th day, 30th day and with follow up period of 15 days.

By assessing the changes of subjective parameters like Avipaka, Klama, Utklesha, Tikta-Amlodgara, Hritkanda daha and Aruchi can decide the effect of the trial drug with the standard drug- Guduchyadi kashayamTimepoint: 6 Months
