Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-60 years Elevated level of Serum TSH (ranging between 5 to 50 mU/L) Patients who are on conventional medicine (dosage range between 25mcg to 50 mcg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 and above 60 years Patients with goitre (Enlarged thyroid gland) Drug induced Hypothyroidism Auto-immune Hypothyroidism Systemic illness like Tuberculosis CNS disorder e.g encephalopathy Diabetes Major disorders like other endocrine disorder, HIV, cardiac disorder, malignancies and renal failure Pregnancy and lactating mother

SUBJECTIVE CRITERIA: Assessment of subjective parameters were done with the help of a suitable clinical scoring of hypothyroidism â?? â??ZULEWSKI SCOREâ??, WHO QOL BREF, Clinical Global Impression Scale OBJECTIVE CRITERIA: Assessment of objective parameter will be based on the changes in the laboratory parameter - thyroid profile. Before and after intervention Timepoint: The subjective assessments â?? 0th,30th,60thday of intervention Gap between each assessment â?? 30 days
