Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Young growing patients with skeletal class II division 1 malocclusion with mandibular deficiency and anterior deep bite • Children in the age group of 9-13 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with prognathic mandible 2. Children with TMJ disorders 3. Children with physical and mental disabilities

This study aims to radiographically evaluate the bony changes in condyle and mandible with different trimming protocols with Twin Block Parameters checked: condylar height, condylar width, inter condylar distance, mandibular unit length, mandibular ramal height and mandibular body length after 9 MonthsTimepoint: 9 Months

Twin block can be successfully used in Class II cases parameters checked: SNA,SNB And ANB after 9 monthsTimepoint: 9 MONTHS
