Inclusion criteria: Age >18 Year AND American Society Of Anesthesiology(ASA)grade I-II Patients Posted Electively For Spine Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-Existing Cardio-Respiratory Disease Obesity(BMI >30KG/m2) Pregnant And Breast Feeding Refusal for consent Known airway disease Known allergy to intraoperative medications planned to be used

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of prone positioning on mechanical power in patients undergoing spine surgery under general anesthesia.Timepoint: 10 min after induction of anesthesia while patient is in supine position 10 min after turning to prone position Immediately before turning supine at the end of surgery 10 minutes after turning supine at the end of surgery before tracheal extubation

To evaluate the effect of prone positioning on other ventilatory parameters in patients undergoing spine surgery under general anesthesia. To evaluate the effect of prone positioning on blood gas parameters in patients undergoing spine surgery under general anesthesia. To evaluate the correlation between pulmonary mechanics and blood gas parameters in patients undergoing spine surgery under general anesthesia. Timepoint: 10 min after induction of anesthesia while patient is in supine position 10 min after turning to prone position Immediately before turning supine at the end of surgery 10 minutes after turning supine at the end of surgery before tracheal extubation
