Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 or 2, scheduled for elective procedures of anticipated duration less than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 2 years and more than 6 years, ASA 3 or more than 3,Emergency procedures, Neurological illness, Neurodevelopmental anomalies, Autism spectrum disorders, hearing impairment, Renal or hepatic diseases, Cardiac or respiratory diseases, any signs or symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection

The proportion of children developing emergence delirium defined as PAEDS score greater than or equal to 10 , up to 30 minutes in Post anesthesia care unitTimepoint: PAEDS score will be assessed at 0,5,10,15,20,25,30 minutes in Post anesthesia care unit

Post operative sedation scale and postoperative pain using FLACC score in PACUTimepoint: At 0,5,10,15,20,30,40,60 miutes in post anesthetic care unit
