Inclusion criteria: 1.known case of chronic rhinosinusitis 2.patient fit for nasya karma as per ayurved

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with nasal polyp and dns are excluded chronic debilitating infectious diseases history of hypertension or diabetes mellitus
