Inclusion criteria: RECREATIONAL BADMINTON PLAYERS WITH MINIMUM 1 YEAR PLAYING AND FREQUNCY OF 3 TO 5 TIMES A WEEK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANY MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURY ANY NEUROLOGICAL CONDITION UNWILLING TO PARTICIPATE
