Intervention1: Effect of active HD-tDCS on depressive and associated symptoms in Parkinsons Disease: Active HD-tDCS:2 sessions of 20 minutes with 30 minutes interval in between. Control Intervention1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Idiopathic PD,H & Y stage 2 & 3, 9-34 MADRS Score, right handedness, stable anti parkinson treatment for 1 month and written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with parkinsonism other than Idiopathic PD. Patients with Dementia. Patients with severe depression. Patients on psychotropics. Significant Head Injury. Pregnant females. Patients with relative contraindications to HD-tDCS.
