Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)subjects of either sex will be screened for ISQ less than 6 b)willing to participate in the study c)patients having no allergic history to herbal medicines or particularly to any ingredient of Vidanga tandula rasayana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) ISQ final score equal to or more than 6 b)not willing to participate in the study c)Diagnosed case of HIV and Diabetes mellitus d)During pregnancy and lactation e)patients with chronic illness on regular medications f)subjects having participated in other clinical trial within 3 months before recruitment g)evidence of significant uncontrolled concomitant disease which in the investigators opinion would preclude patient participation
