Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed case of carpal tunnel syndrome by clinical exaqmination and Nerve conduction study(NCS)who are unwilling to go for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patient who are pregnantand lactating 2. Patients going for carpal tunnel release surgery 3. Patients already receiving pregabalin for other health condition 4. neoplsm, chronic liver , kidney disease and serious cardiac problem
