Intervention1: Wound infiltration with ropivacaine and dexmeditomedine: Patients in this group will receive local infiltration with injection ropivacaine 0.5% (2mg/kg) and injection dexmeditimidine 0.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grade 1 & 2 2) Patients undergoing spine surgeries with prosthesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unwilling patients 2) History of allergy to study drugs 3) History of chronic pain 4) Coagulopathy 5) History of thrombo-embolic events 6) Altered mental status/ psychiatric disorder 7) Dural breech
