Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the criteria for the diagnosis of ADHD as per the DSM 5 2. High emotion dysregulation; DERS18 score >= 45 3. If on medications, on a stable dosage of medications for a month before entering the study 4. Access to internet, smart phone/laptop/computer and technological literacy o Read, write, and speak English 5. Access to privacy to attend sessions 6. Participant residing in India
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid autism spectrum disorders (clinically assesses) 2. Clinically assessed intellectual or cognitive impairments which can hamper participation 3. Severe mental or medical illness that can hinder participation in the trial
