Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Solitary renal calculus more than 15mm (Calculus size-longest axis by CT KUB) and undergoing PNL. Absence of congenital anomalies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calculus less than 15mm in size Age less than 18 years

To compare the efficacy in detection of residual fragment (RF) by NCCT KUB (Kidney-ureter-bladder) vs Xray KUB and Ultrasonography for the investigation of patients post percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) for more than 15 mm sized solitary renal calculi.Timepoint: At the end of study period

To study the variable radiation exposure with imaging modalities, appropriate timing of repeat imaging for the detection of risk factors (RF), to define RF post PNL and to determine the variables (such as size of calculus, gender, Hounsfield unit (HU) and tract length) possibly leading to RF post PNL.Timepoint: At the end of study period
