Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients diagnosed with â??Parkinsonâ??s diseaseâ?? Stage 3 and below on â??Hoehn and Yahrâ?? scale (Appendix 6) - Availability and access to a smartphone/laptop - A Montreal Cognitive Assessment Score (MoCA) score ranging from 19-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any psychiatric illness - Severe comorbidities that limit patient to perform the program - Unable to comprehend simple commands - Unable to read/write/see - Any other neurological disorder that interferes with daily activity
