Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients coming with chief complaints of primary dysmenorrhoea 2. Patients suffering from such complaints for more than 3 menstrual cycles.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from secondary dysmenorrhoea or having any pelvic pathology. 2. Patients with irregular menstrual cycles. 3. Patients with IUCD and hormonal therapy. 4. Patients with any chronic disease.
