Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients coming with chief complaints of primary dysmenorrhoea 2. Patients suffering from such complaints for more than 3 menstrual cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from secondary dysmenorrhoea or having any pelvic pathology. 2. Patients with irregular menstrual cycles. 3. Patients with IUCD and hormonal therapy. 4. Patients with any chronic disease.

Panchakol churna will more effective in Kashtartava i.e. Primary dysmenorrhoea by considering the parameters intensity of pain, duration of pain, nausea, vomiting, headache, giddiness, diarrhoea etc. among the 100 patients within 18 months.Timepoint: Duration of study- 3 consecutive menstrual cycles (3 months) Follow up- after each cycle (month) and after the completion of 3 cycles ( 3 months) Total number of patients - 100 Estimated time duration for this study - 1 year and 6 months (18 months)	—
