Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients (new patients and follow up patients) presenting at the Uro-oncology OPD 2. Native speakers of one of Hindi or Marathi languages. 3. Adult and Literate patients, who are able to read, write, understand and speak Hindi/Marathi languages. 4. Who are willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to participate. Who are unable to read, write, understand and speak Hindi/Marathi languages.

Acceptability: The acceptability will be evaluated by the percentage of completed items in the translated version of the PGSGA-SF. Comprehensibility: Will be assessed in terms of clarity and difficulty - how clearly is the item described in the instrument? - how difficult is it to answer the item? Construct equivalence: The translation methodology adopted confirms the construct equivalence.Timepoint: one year
