Intervention1: prolong static stretch along with conventional exercise: a static stretching exercise for the lower cross syndrome patients that will influence the muscles leading to discomfort

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients (both males and females )from 18 year of age till 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: disc diseases , lumbar canal stenosis , spinal fracture , malignancy , fracture , spondylolisthesis , rheumatic and inflammatory diseases , osteoporosis , bladder and bowel diseases
