Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group of 6-16 presenting with 04 diagnostic symptoms of Vatajapratishaya ie. Kshavathu (sneezing), Nasa srava (rhinorrhea), Nasauparodha (nasa blockage) , Nasaâ??bru kandu (itchy nose â??eyebrow).with two added symptoms Mukha shosha(dry mouth), Sirasoola (headache). 2.Gives written informed consent (parent/legal guardian) and assent (from the child). 3.Children with SFAR score >7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient presenting symptoms other than Vataj pratishyay, lower respiratory tract infection, upper respiratory tract complaints such as polyp,tumors, adenotonsillar hypertophy, neuromuscular disease, history of nasal surgery. 2.Infectious conditions such as Tuberculosis, Plural effusion, Emphysema, Lung abscess, Bronchiectasis, pneumonia, Pleurisy. 3.Congenital anomalies of respiratory tract 4.Pt suffering from any debilitating disease, Behavioural condition any hypersenstivity to the formula
