Health Condition 1: I10- Essential (primary) hypertension

Intervention1: Antimiasmatic homoeopathic medicine.: Homoeopathic medicine obtained after case taking and repertorisation. 30, 200c,1M,10M. Form:Globules or pills, powder form. route of administration

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All the patients fulfilling the case definition. 2) All the patients with Essential Hypertension without complications. 3) Patients of both sexes of 40-60 years age group. 4) Patient who are willing to take treatment and will co-operate with regular follow up. 5) Patients with pre-diagnosed case of essential hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients not fulfilling the case definition. 2) Patients who require emergency medical intervention and systemic diseases with complication. 3) Pregnant female patients and lactating mothers will be excluded. 4) Patients without consent form.

reduction of blood pressure level and maintain the level at normal range (i.e.100-130mmhg systolic and 70-90mmhg Diastolic).Timepoint: ACC/AHA 2017 Hypertension guidelines (13th nov 2017)criteria will be used for the assesment of blood pressure and to maintain the level at normal range.Assesment will be done at day 1 and for every follow up (2 weeks) till the end of study i.e 3 months.	—
