Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cases satisfying Depressive episode diagnostic criteria of ICD10 Diagnostic Criteria for Research. Age group between 18 to 60 years. The cases in which Natrum Muriaticum comes up within the first five position according to repertorization result Recurrent depressive episode
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Depressive patients with severe suicidal ideation, with a history of attempted suicide Mood disturbances when associated with schizophrenia, schizophreniform disorder, schizoaffective disorder or psychotic disorder otherwise specified Any other conditions requiring emergency or surgical intervention Subjects who are pregnant or lactating. Severe systemic illness using conventional treatment. Bipolar affective disorder
