Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female individuals between age group 20yrs â?? 40yrs 2. Healthy individual irrespective of sex, caste, religion. 3. Healthy individual willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual suffering from systemic disorders like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, muscular dystrophy or any chronic illness. 2. Individual who were diseased in past 1 months 3. Pregnant and lactating mother. 4. Individuals who neglect to co-operate during complete study. 5. Individuals having any addiction like chewing tobacco, smoking, alcohol consumption. 6. Individuals going to gym, conducting labor work.
