Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: . Scheduled for CABG surgery 2. Either sex 3 . Age group 40-70yrs 4. Ejection fraction >40% 5. ASA Grade II & lll
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate in study 2. Uncooperative patients 3. Patients with history of drug allergy to beta blockers. 4. Patients with pre-existing, Asthma, Renal or Hepatic dysfunction. 5. First degree AV block. 6. Heart rate 7. Mallampati score more than 2 8. Patient contraindicated for beta blocker agents . 9. Pregnancy/Lactation
