Intervention1: Homoeopathic constituitional medicines: Individualised Homoeopathic medicines as per Homoeopathic principles. Indicated medicine is given from 30C in oral route and if there is any need

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of IBD by GI endoscopy Patient with signs and symptoms of IBD Patients with elevated fecal calprotectin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mother. Patients who are diagnosed with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer, etc.

To find out the significant reduction in fecal calprotectin level in inflammatory bowel disease with homoeopathic constitutional medicineÂ Timepoint: 1 year	—

To find out symptomatic improvement of IBD patients with homoeopathic constitutional medicine using the IBD control questionnaire and IBD control VAS. To find out disease activity in IBD patients with homeopathic constitutional medicine using Manitoba IBD Index To find out changes inÂ the lower GI endoscopy in IBD patients with homoeopathic constitutional medicine To analyze recurrence and comorbidities in IBD patients with homoeopathic constitutional medicine. Timepoint: 1 year follow up	—
