Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Women between 15-75 years of age. 2)Diagnosed as benign pathological ovarian mass on ultrasonography of pelvis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Malignant ovarian masses. 2) Raised CA 125 levels except for endometriotic cysts/ endometriomas 3) Ovarian masses with complications (intra-cystic or intra-abdominal hemorrhage, torsion, infection, rupture) 4) Pregnant mothers.
