Intervention1: Iodum: Homeopathic potentized medicine Iodum is given from 30C and if there is any need of increasing the potency, it is increased to 200C, 1M, 10M, and 50M.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with age 18-65 years of any gender. 2. Patients with positive ultrasonography for evidence of goitre.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of malignant change in Ultrasonography. 2. Patients with complications such as signs and symptoms of excessive mechanical obstruction & pressure effects on adjacent structures which is diagnosed by necessary investigations 3. Patients with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer etc. 4. Patients with any other severe systemic illness like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Malignant hypertension and other malignancies etc. 5. Immunocompromised patients. 6. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
