Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sign and symptoms of sickle cell anaemia like pallor fatigue pain loss of appetite etc Patients with positive sickling test Hb >6.5% and Pre diagnosed cases with SCA will be taken only

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Hepatic Renal Dysfunction Chronic Cardiac Dysfunction SCA associated with other diseases like Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Thalassemia Hb 11.5% During the study if any crisis or complication occurs the patients will be discontinued from study
