Intervention1: Homoeopathic Medicines: The selection of medicine will be based on homoeopathic principles. Appropriate individualized medicine will be given. Potency starting from 30C shall be admin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases diagnosed as Childhood Autism as per DSM-V Criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Autistic children with other serious medical illnesses requiring conventional medicine.

Measure	Time frame
To evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic medicine in restricted and repetitive behaviour of children with an autism spectrum disorder by using RBQ score. Assessment will be done in every month with RBQ for 1 yearTimepoint: 1 year	—

Measure	Time frame
To find out the relative global improvement of Autism spectrum disorder with the improvement of repetitive and restricted behaviour with individualized homoeopathic medicines. Assessment will be done every 3 months by using ISAA score up to 1 yearTimepoint: 1 year follow up	—
