Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All registered nurses and midwives who have completed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), or degree in Nursing (B.Sc., P.B.B.Sc., M.Sc.,) Nurses working in hospital set up Nursing who are willing to participate Nurses who are available during the period of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non- nursing professionals Nursing students Nurses and midwives who are not available during the period of study
