Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all elective patients above 18 yrs of age who are undergoing elective laparoscopic inguinal repair
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: bilateral inguinal hernia emergent inguinal hernia repairs recurrent inguinal hernia with prior preperitoneal mesh
