Intervention1: Use of Yoga wheel v/s static stretching in improving upper body flexibility: Stretching same muscle group with yoga wheel & static stretches. Muscles
-Prectoral stretch, Latissimas , Thoracic extensor. Stretches done over period of 10 days pre and post flexibility assessment are taken. Control Intervention1: Effect of use of yoga wheel v/s static

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare workers Individuals between 18-40 year of age . Sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No recent history of surgery. No recent aches & pains Individuals above 40 years of age .
