Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: from the cardiology OPD of SSH BHU Freshly diagnosed cases of Stage 1 Primary hypertension both male and female included between the age group of 40 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary hypertension will be excluded patients with terminal illness like cancer, HIV, etc. will be excluded.Patients with infective diseases with systemic manifestation will be excluded.Patients with chronic diseases except metabolic syndrome will be excluded such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Bronchial asthma.

Talahridaya marma Stimulation may have asssed on systolic and diastolic blood pressure of stage 1 primary hypertension casesTimepoint: Lowering of blood pressure is the primary outcome and it will be measured/assessed after 15 days from first visit and then it will be assessed at 1 month and then after 3 month
