Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students who are able to read, write, and converse in English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals currently undergoing bullying experiences. 2. Individuals with bullying experiences during college. 3. Individuals with significant traumatic life experiences during past 6 months. 4. Individuals with chronic, congenital, life-threatening physical illness or disabilities.
